From pairing your first garment to switching heat levels and disconnecting when you're done — here's the full walkthrough.
Connecting Your Devices
Six steps to pair a garment for the first time.
Connect the battery
Connect the battery to your garment and power it on.
Allow Bluetooth
Open the app and allow Bluetooth permissions on your phone when prompted.
Select your garment
In the app, select the garment type you want to pair.
Tap Connect
Tap Connect when your garment appears under Available Devices. If nothing appears, tap Scan for Devices.
Control screen opens
Once connected, the control screen appears with your paired garment.
Turn on the heat
Turn on your garment for instant, app-controlled comfort.
Controlling Your Garments
Once paired, here's how to run everything from the app.
Open the garment
From the Home screen, select the garment to open its control screen.
Use the controls
Toggle power, adjust heat levels, enable or disable Ghost Mode (the indicator light), and view battery life.
Switch garments
Use the icons at the bottom of the screen, or go back to Home and select a different garment.
Disconnecting Your Garments
Two easy ways to disconnect when you're done.
From the Home page
Press the (–) icon next to the garment on the Home page.
From the connection screen
Or, on the Device Connection screen, press the Disconnect button.
Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for the most common connection questions
My garment isn't showing up in the app — what do I do?
First, tap Scan for Devices. When your garment appears, tap Connect, then press the Home button in the top-right corner to return to the home page.
If it still doesn't appear: unplug the battery and reconnect it, tap Scan for Devices again, and make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled in your phone settings.
How do I add multiple garments to the app?
Repeat the connection steps for each additional Bluetooth-enabled garment. Open the app Home screen, and when the garment is displayed tap Connect, then return to the home page. Each paired garment stays available for quick selection.
Why is my gear not connecting?
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on before pairing, and hold your phone within 12 inches of the gear during setup. Toggling Bluetooth off and back on in your phone settings resolves most connection issues.
